摘要
蚌埠市智慧校园平安治理预警系统自建成运行以来,革新了传统校园安全治理工作模式。通过三维地理信息平台,将城市实景三维模型数据、警用数据、敏感人群信息数据、校园信息数据及实时监控数据贯通整合,以影像识别、云计算等先进技术为核心,及时识别校园及周边危险因素,并发送预警信号。系统的部署运行,为治安事件的及时预警提供了新技术手段,为事件处置赢取了时间,有效改善了校园治安状况。
Since the establishment and operation of the Bengbu Smart Campus Safety Governance Early Warning System,it has innovated the traditional campus safety governance work mode.Through the 3D geographic information platform,it integrates the urban real 3D model data,police data,sensitive population information data,campus information data and real-time monitoring data,and takes advanced technologies such as image recognition and cloud computing as the core to identify the campus and surrounding dangers in a timely manner,and send early warning signals.The deployment and operation of the system has provided new technology means for timely early warning of public security incidents,bought time for incident handling,and effectively improved the campus security situation.
