摘要
目的分析富含血小板血浆(PRP)用于剖宫产手术后切口恢复中的效果。方法选取108例剖宫产分娩的产妇,结合产妇意愿分为未注射PRP组(51例)、注射PRP组(57例)。比较两组疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果相比未注射PRP组,注射PRP组在术后7~14 d切口疼痛程度下降速度更为显著,且发生切口不良事件几率更低,未注射PRP组的切口不良事件发生速度更快。结论PRP用于剖宫产手术后切口恢复效果理想,能缓解产妇疼痛感,减少不良反应发生,促进术后切口恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)on incision recovery after cesarean section.Methods 108 cases of women delivered by cesarean section were divided into two groups:no PRP injection group(51 cases)and injection PRP injection group(57 cases).Pain scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the non-PRP group,the pain of the incision in the PRP group decreased more significantly from 7 to 14 days after operation,and the probability of adverse events of the incision was lower,and the adverse events of the incision without PRP injection occurred faster.Conclusion The effect of PRP on incision recovery after cesarean section was ideal,which could relieve the pain of parturients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of incision after operation.
