结果A、B、C三组治疗后气虚积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后A、B组相比较,B组优于A组(P<0.05);A、C组相比较,C组优于A组(P<0.05);B、C组相比较,两组的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C三组治疗后盆底肌电值均较治疗前得到改善(P<0.05);治疗后A、B组相比较,B组的盆底肌电值改善优于A组(P<0.05);A、C组相比较,C组的盆底肌电值改善优于A组(P<0.05);B、C组相比较,两组的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C三组治疗后PFDI-20评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后A、B组相比较,B组优于A组(P<0.05);A、C组相比较,C组优于A组(P<0.05);B、C组相比较,两组的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
Objective Traditional Chinese medicine pelvic floor prescription combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback and acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback were used to treat patients with pelvic organ proslip(POP)qi deficiency syndrome.By studying the differences of pelvic floor muscle electrical value, pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)score and Qi deficiency score before and after difFerent TCM rehabilitation treatment, the clinical efficacy of different TCM rehabilitation programs in the treatment of POP qi deficiency syndrome was discussed. Methods Selected 90 patients with qi deficiency POP card, according to random number table method is divided into group A and group B,group C,30 cases in each group.Group A was given pure electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy, group B was given pelvic floor prescription combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy, and group C was given acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy. The pelvic floor before and after the treatment methods of assessment, questionnaire survey, the deficiency of integral pelvic floor dysfunction records, comparing the indexes before and after rehabilitation treatment in TCM.Results Qi-deficiency scores in groups A,B and C were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, group B was better than group A compared with Group B(P<0.05).Compared with group A and C,group C was better than group A(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the therapeutic effect between group B and group C(P>0.05).The electromyography value of pelvic floor in groups A,B and C after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with group A and B,the improvement of pelvic floor electromyography value in group B was better than that in group A(P<0.05).Compared with group A and Group C,the improvement of pelvic floor electromyography value in group C was better than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the therapeutic effect between group B and group C(P>0.05).PFDI-20 scores in groups A,B and C were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, group B was better than group A compared with Group B(P<0.05).Compared with group A and C,group C was better than group A(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the therapeutic effect between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple use of electrical stimulation bioieedback therapy, the combined pelvic floor prescription and acupuncture treatment on this basis are better than the former.Electrostimulation biofeedback combined with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can further improve patients*clinical symptoms and improve patients*quality of life to a certain extent.
