营养分析仪管理孕期体质量对妊娠结局的影响

The Impact of Nutritional Analyzer Management on Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnancy Body Mass

目的探讨使用营养分析仪进行孕期体质量管理对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取100名本院建档孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50名。对照组予以常规管理,观察组予以营养分析仪管理。比较两组孕妇的体质量增长情况、合并症、分娩方式、妊娠结局及新生儿基本情况。结果观察组孕期体质量增量、合并症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05),自然分娩率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组新生儿胎龄较对照组大,体质量较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养分析仪管理孕妇孕期体质量,控制效果显著,能降低合并症发生风险,提高自然分娩率,改善新生儿情况。

Objective Exploring the impact of using a nutrition analyzer for pregnancy quality management on pregnancy outcomes.Methods 100 registered pregnant women in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with,50 women each.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received nutrition analyzer management.Compare the growth of body mass,complications,delivery methods,pregnancy outcomes,and basic information of newborns between two groups of pregnant women.Results The observation group had lower body mass gain during pregnancy and lower incidence of complications compared to the control group(P<0.05),while the natural delivery rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had a larger gestational age and lower body mass compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional analyzer management of pregnant women's body mass during pregnancy has significant control effects,can reduce the risk of complications,increase natural delivery rate,and improve the condition of newboms.
