复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果研究

Study on clinical effect of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in treating vaginitis

目的探讨在阴道炎治疗中复方甲硝唑阴道栓的应用效果。方法选取100例阴道炎患者,根据数字奇偶法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组采用甲硝唑片治疗,研究组采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果研究组用药总有效率96.00%高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。研究组瘙痒缓解时间、灼痛感缓解时间及阴道分泌物减少时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组用药不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓对阴道炎患者进行治疗,有利于尽快缓解患者临床症状,提升用药效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods 100 cases of vaginitis patients were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the number parity method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets,and the study group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.00%in the study group and 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of itching relief burning relief and vaginal secretion reduction in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence and recurrence of adverse drug reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound metronidazole vaginal suppository for the treatment of vaginitis patients,is beneficial to relieve clinical symptoms as soon as possible,improve the drug effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
