浆膜下子宫肌瘤MRI及超声诊断对比分析

Comparative analysis of MRI and ultrasound diagnosds of subplasmic uterine fibroids

目的评估浆膜下子宫肌瘤磁共振成像(MRI)及超声诊断的效果。方法选取36例疑似的浆膜下子宫肌瘤患者,根据诊断方式不同将患者分成对照组与研究组,每组18例。对照组患者采用超声诊断,研究组患者采用MRI诊断,以术后病理结果为金标准,比较两组患者的检查结果、诊断效能。结果病理检查结果显示,18例患者中阳性12例,阴性6例。对照组患者中阳性10例,阴性8例。研究组患者中阳性15例,阴性3例。研究组诊断敏感度高于对照组,漏诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组阳性预测值、阴性预测值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对浆膜下子宫肌瘤的诊断,临床应用MRI诊断的敏感度更高,可降低漏诊率,为临床诊断提供可靠的影像支持,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and ultrasonic diagnosis of subserous uterine fibroids.Methods 36 suspected patients with subserous uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different diagnostic methods,with 18 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by ultrasound,and the patients in the study group were diagnosed by MRI.The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard,and the examination results and diagnostic efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Pathological examination results showed that 12 of the 18 patients were positive and 6 were negative.In the control group,10 patients were positive and 8 were negative.In the study group,15 patients were positive and 3 were negative.The diagnostic sensitivity of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of missed diagnosis was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive predictive value and negative predictive value between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of subserous uterine fibroids,the clinical application of MRI diagnosis has higher sensitivity,which can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,provide reliable image support for clinical diagnosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
