摘要 阿尔茨海默病与胃肠系统紧密联系,两者通过脑肠轴相互作用,黄芪皂苷则可以通过脑肠轴调控脑、肠系统,发挥保护胃黏膜、调控代谢、调节免疫系统等作用,影响阿尔茨海默病的进程。但目前黄芪皂苷质量控制尚未统一标准,在机体代谢过程中的作用机制尚未明确,质控技术有待革新。今后可进一步借助现代医学技术研究黄芪皂苷对肠内菌群和代谢组学、蛋白组学指标的影响以及对神经系统调控的影响,挖掘中医特色疗法,制定更为合理规范的诊疗手段,以期为黄芪皂苷的临床应用提供更多借鉴和参考。 Alzheimer′s disease is closely related to the gastrointestinal system,and the two interact through the brain gut axis.Astragaloside can regulate the brain and intestinal system through the brain gut axis,play a role in protecting gastric mucosa,regulating metabolism,regulating the immune system,and affect the process of Alzheimer′s disease.However,there is currently no unified standard for the quality control of astragalus saponins,and the mechanism of action in the metabolic process of the body is not yet clear.Quality control technology needs to be innovated.In the future,modern medical technology can be further utilized to study the effects of astragalus saponins on intestinal microbiota,metabolomics,proteomics indicators,and the regulation of the nervous system,explore traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies,and develop more reasonable and standardized diagnostic and treatment methods,in order to provide more reference and reference for the clinical application of astragalus saponins.
