从肾为阴阳之本探讨金匮肾气丸治疗系统性硬化病

系统性硬化病的发生与肺、脾及卫气生理功能正常与否有直接联系。肾藏精,为阴阳之本,若肾精亏虚,金水不能相生,可引起肺的宣发、肃降功能失调,精气输布不能外达皮毛,导致皮毛枯槁、肌表不固,从而引起疾病。金匮肾气丸具有温补肾阳之功效,临床常用于治疗肾阳虚引起的畏寒肢冷、阳痿早泄、宫寒不孕等病症,可用于治疗系统性硬化病之脾肾阳虚证。由于免疫方面的影响、胶原的过度产生及血管功能异常等因素均与系统性硬化病的发病密切相关,因此在实验指标选择方面,应注重考虑观察金匮肾气丸对IL-2、TGF-β、PDGF、CTGF、TNF-α及内皮素-1等指标的影响。

The occurrence of systemic sclerosis is directly related to the physiological functions of the Lung,Spleen,and Wei Qi.The Kidney stores Essence,which is the foundation of Yin and Yang.If the Kidney Essence is deficient,the Gold and Water cannot help each other,which can cause Lung′s dysfunction of Qi promoting and descending,and the distribution of Essence and Qi cannot reach the skin,resulting in withered skin and unstable muscle surface,leading to diseases.Jingui Shenqi Pill has the effect of warming and tonifying Kidney Yang.It is commonly used in clinical practice to treat diseases such as cold limbs,erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,and infertility caused by Kidney Yang deficiency.It can be used to treat Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in systemic sclerosis.Due to factors such as immune effects,excessive collagen production and abnormal vascular function are closely related to the onset of systemic sclerosis,attention should be paid to observe the effects of Jingui Shenqi Pill on expression of IL-2,TGF-β,PDGF,CTGF,TNF-αand endothelin-1.
