线上教学在临床医学专业医学生教学中的应用效果

Application effect of online teaching in medical students teaching of clinical medicine

目的探讨线上教学在临床医学专业医学生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至6月牡丹江医学院的240名临床医学专业学生为对照组,选取2022年2月至6月牡丹江医学院的240名临床医学专业学生为观察组。对照组采用线下教学方法,观察组采用线上教学方法。调查观察组课前准备、教学课后学习的满意度,比较两组学生的期末考试成绩。结果观察组学生课前材料的难度水平、课前预习时间、钉钉会议APP、教学视频与学习环境的满意度分别为97.0%、90.8%、94.2%、94.6%、85.8%,观察组学生授课内容的丰富及创新性、对上课效率、授课时师生互动、技能操作掌握程度、对授课视频、对课后小组讨论与课后小组视频制作的满意度分别为96.6%、96.2%、90.0%、88.3%、92.0%,93.3%、84.1%。两组学生的技能考核成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床医学专业医学生教学中,线上教学不受时间和空间限制,可以有效替代线下教学,该研究也为今后临床医学专业的授课模式提供了新的思路。

Objective To explore the application effect of online teaching in medical students teaching of clinical medicine.Methods A total of 240 clinical medical students from Mudanjiang Medical College from February to June 2021 were selected as the control group,and 240 clinical medical students from Mudanjiang Medical College from February to June 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group used offline teaching methods,while the observation group used online teaching methods.The satisfaction degree of pre-class preparation and after-class learning of the observation group was investigated,and the final examination scores of the two groups of students were compared.Results In the observation group,the difficulty level of pre-class materials,pre-class study time,Ding Talk,satisfaction with teaching video and learning environment were 97.0%,90.8%,94.2%,94.6%and 85.8%,respectively.In the observation group,the richness and innovation of teaching content,class efficiency,teacher and student interaction during teaching,skill operation mastery,satisfaction with teaching video,satisfaction with post-class group discussion and post-class group video production were 96.6%,96.2%,90.0%,88.3%,92.0%,93.3%and 84.1%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the skill assessment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Online teaching in medical students teaching of clinical medicine is not limited by time and space,and can effectively replace offline teaching.This study also provides a new idea for the teaching mode of clinical medicine in the future.
