Vos-viewer visual bibliometric analysis of total knee arthroplasty

目的利用文献计量学方法对近5年国内外全膝关节置换的相关文献进行可视化分析,学习该领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法中文文献以膝关节置换、膝关节表面置换、全部膝关节置换、全膝置换、单髁置换为关键词检索中国工程基础设施工程数据库(CNKI)、中国学位论文全文数据库(CDDB)、中文科技核心期刊数据库(维普)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),英文文献以Knee Replacement等为关键词检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,检索2017年1月1日至2022年6月30日所有与膝关节置换相关的文献,并提取作者、期刊、高影响力国家、关键词等数据,采用文献计量学方法、Vos-viewer 1.6.17软件进行统计分析,同时绘制可视化图谱。结果共检索出中、英文献11624篇,中文文献3865篇,英文文献7759篇。中文文献中,排名前5名的期刊依次为《中国组织工程研究杂志》《临床骨科杂志》《中国伤残医学杂志》《中国矫形外科杂志》《中国骨与关节杂志》,英文文献排名前5名的期刊分别为Journal of Arthroplasty、Archives of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery、Osteoarthritis and Cartilage、Operative Orthopadie Und Traumatologie、Journal of Orthopaedic Research。其中相对较新的研究热点是单髁置换、下肢力线矫正、膝关节损伤与修复。结论国内外关于全膝关节置换术的研究热度呈增加趋势,我国文献发表期刊类型众多,但部分文献质量尚需提高,未来需加强国际合作交流,以促进膝关节置换技术进一步发展。

Objective To visually analyze the literature related to total knee arthroplasty at home and abroad in recent 5 years by bibliometrics,and to learn the research status and development trend in this field.Methods CNKI database,Wanfang database,Wipro database and Chinese biomedical literature Service system were searched for Chinese literatures with the keywords of knee arthroplasty,knee surface replacement,total knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty.English literatures related to Knee Replacement were searched by keywords such as Knee Replacement(details were reflected in materials and methods).Web of Science core Collection database was searched,and all literatures related to Knee Replacement from January 1,2017 to June 30,2022 were retrieved.Data of authors,journals,high-influence countries and keywords were extracted,and statistical analysis was conducted by literature metrology method and Vos-viewer 1.6.17 software.Meanwhile,visual atlas was drawn.Results A total of 11624 articles in Chinese and English were retrieved.There were 3865 articles in Chinese and 7759 articles in English.The top 5 articles in Chinese were Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research,Clinical Orthopaedic Journal,Chinese Journal of Disability Medicine,Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery,And Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint.The top 5 journals in English literature were Journal of Arthroplasty,Archives of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery,Osteoarthritis and Cartilage and Operative Orthopadie Und Traumatologie,Journal of Orthopaedic Research.Among them,relatively new research hotspots were single condyle replacement,lower limb force line correction,knee joint injury and repair.Conclusion The research hotspot of total knee replacement is increasing at home and abroad.There are many types of published journals in Chinese literature,but the quality of some of them needs to be improved.International cooperation and communication should be strengthened in the future to promote further development of knee replacement technology.
