基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预对胃癌患者心理弹性和希望水平的影响

Effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model on psychological resilience and hope level of patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月抚州市第一人民医院收治的62例胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(31例)、观察组(31例)。两组均采取胃癌根治术治疗,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采取基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预,两组均进行为期6个月的随访。比较两组患者的心理弹性、希望水平和生活质量。结果观察组护理后心理弹性量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后Herth希望量表各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后癌症患者生命质量测定量表中认知功能、情绪功能、躯体功能及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者接受基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预,可促进心理弹性水平改善,提升患者希望水平,进而改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The psychological resilience,hope level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The Connor-Davidson resilience scale score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Herth hope index in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function,emotional function,physical function and social function in the quality of life scale in cancer patient of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gastric cancer receive positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model,which can promote the improvement of psychological resilience and hope level of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
