摘要
成年人的皮肤伤口愈合大都会伴随着疤痕产生,而严重的外伤或者手术都会造成皮肤伤口愈合过程失调,从而导致病理性瘢痕愈合。减少病理性瘢痕愈合,减轻患者心理负担以及经济负担是亟待解决的问题。纤调蛋白(fibromodulin,FMOD)是细胞外基质蛋白中的一种富含亮氨酸的小蛋白聚糖,在皮肤伤口愈合过程中的炎症反应,血管生成以及调节成纤维细胞活动过程中具有重要作用。本文就调节纤维蛋白在皮肤伤口愈合中的作用及机制进行综述。
The healing process of skin wounds in adults is mostly accompanied by scarring.Severe trauma or surgery can cause dysfunctional skin wound healing processes leading to pathological scarring.There is an urgent need to reduce pathological scar healing to relieve the psychological and financial burden of patients.Fibromodulin(FMOD),a number of small leucine-rich proteoglycans(SLRPs)in the extracellular matrix,has an important role in the inflammatory response,angiogenesis and regulation of fibroblast activity in skin wound healing.In this review,we focus on the role and mechanisms of FMOD in cutaneous wound healing.
