摘要
目的探讨巴林特小组结合人物“雕塑”在针灸临床课中的运用,以提高医学生的职业心理素质。方法采取自愿参与原则选择针灸推拿专业学生10名,按照巴林特小组操作流程对临床案例进行讨论,讨论后,学生对案例中人物关系做出“雕塑”。结束后,应用中文版杰弗逊共情量表于干预前后测评教学效果。结果实施干预后,学生的共情能力总分及各个维度得分均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组结合人物“雕塑”可有效改善医学生对人际关系的处理能力,提高医学生的共情能力。
Objective To explore the influence of Balint group combined with“sculpture”in the clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion,and improve the professional psychological quality of medical students.Methods According to the principle of voluntary participation,ten students were trained to carry out the activity of“sculpture”by combining Balint group.The clinical case was discussed according to the Balint group procedure.After the discussion,the students made a“sculpture”of the relationship between the characters in the case.After the intervention,the Chinese version of Jefferson empathy scale was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results After Balint group combined with“sculpture”activity,there were statistically significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of empathy ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of“sculpture”combined with Balint group can effectively improve the ability of medical students to deal with interpersonal relationship and the improvement of the empathy ability.
