摘要
医学免疫学是连接基础医学与临床医学的一门重要的桥梁学科,在教学中由于该课程知识点多、内容复杂抽象、前后系统性和关联性强、英文缩写多,因此不易学习和掌握。在教学中采用“雨课堂”辅助教学,可以贯穿学习全过程,增加学生的参与度,拓展其学习空间,提高学习效果,但也存在教学硬件跟不上、教师精力投入不足及学生自身学习热情不高等问题,可通过提升教学硬件、鼓励教师教学投入及激励学生学习热情等来提高“雨课堂”的辅助效果。
