冠心病辨证分型与心脏超声检查的相关因素分析

Analysis of the Related Factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Echocardiography in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的通过对冠心病患者进行心脏检查,分析其结果与中医辨证相关性,发现其规律以指导临床治疗。方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2021年2月在大连市中医医院门诊及病房接受治疗的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者共计100例,根据中医辨证分型将患者分5组,选取同期体检正常者20例作为对照组,应用心脏彩超及颈动脉彩超统计不同组患者的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、动脉斑块情况。结果痰浊内阻、寒凝经脉证动脉斑块形成率较高,LVEF也较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏及颈动脉彩超检查对于冠心病的中医辨证分型具有一定的指导意义,可供临床医师参考。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the results of cardiac examination and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,the patients were divided into 5 groups,and 20 patients with normal physical examination in the same period were selected.The LVEF,FS and arterial plaque of the patients were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound.Results The plaque formation rate of phlegm turbid internal resistance and cold coagulation meridian syndrome was higher,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of patients with cold coagulation meridian syndrome and phlegm turbid internal resistance was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery plate have certain guiding significance for TCM syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease.
