柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胃炎胃痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Chaihu Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Stomach Pain Caused by Chronic Gastritis

目的观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胃炎胃痛的效果。方法选取辽宁奉天中医院于2019年10月—2021年4月诊治的100例慢性胃炎胃痛患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为2组,对照组口服果胶铋进行治疗,观察组口服柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。治疗1个月后,观察2组患者的临床效果、不良反应发生情况、症状积分变化情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为88.00%(44/50)明显高于对照组的70.00%(35/50)(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的临床症状积分均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组症状积分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%(5/50)低于对照组的24.00%(12/50)(P<0.05)。结论应用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胃炎胃痛的临床效果突出,不良反应少且起效快,有效改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in treating stomach pain caused by chronic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic gastritis with gastric pain who were diagnosed and treated in Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to April 2021 were collected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with bismuth pectin,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder.After 1 month of treatment,observe the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and changes in symptom scores of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 88.00%(44/50),which was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%,35/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of symptom scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 10.00%(5/50)lower than that in control group(24.00%,12/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of gastric pain caused by chronic gastritis has outstanding clinical effects,with few adverse reactions and quick onset,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
