中药配方颗粒与传统中药汤剂治疗2型糖尿病的效果比较

Comparison of Effect between Chinese Medicine Formula Granule and Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的比较中药配方颗粒与传统中药汤剂治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的效果。方法收录湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年6月—2021年12月就诊的60例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组、汤剂组、颗粒剂组各20例。3组予以常规口服降糖药和相关并发症治疗,汤剂组联合白虎加人参汤汤剂治疗,颗粒剂组联合白虎加人参颗粒剂治疗。记录治疗前后3组患者的中医症状积分、总有效率及空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG),疗程为4周。结果颗粒剂组和汤剂组治疗后中医症状积分、总有效率、糖代谢指标显著优于对照组,组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);颗粒剂组和汤剂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白虎加人参汤治疗2型糖尿病符合气阴两虚型消渴病病机特点,有显著的临床效果。中药配方颗粒和中药汤剂均可明显改善患者临床症状、糖代谢指标。

Objective To compare the efficacy of Chinese medicine granule and Chinese medicine granule in the treatment in type 2 diabetes with deficiency,providing evidence and guidance for Chinese medicine in selecting different dosage forms.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of qi and yin treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group,decoction group,granule group,with 20 cases in each group.The three groups were given routine oral hypoglycemic drugs and complications treatment.The decoction group was treated with Baihu Renshen decoction.The granule group combined with Baihu Renshen granules.The TCM syndrome score,total effective rate,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandish blood glucose(2 h PBG)of the 3 groups were recorded before and after treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results The TCM syndrome score,total effective rate and glucose metabolism indexes of granule group and decoction group were significantly better than those of control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance between granule group and decoction group(P>0.05).Conclusion Baihu Renshen decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes conforms to the pathogenesis of diabetes and deficiency of qi and yin,and has significant clinical effects.Chinese medicine formula granules and Chinese medicine decoction can significantly improve patients’clinical symptoms and glucose metabolism indexes.
