中医辨体调护联合耳穴压丸对肥胖型糖耐量减低患者血糖、胰岛素抵抗的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Conditioning Combined with Auricular Pressing Pills on Blood Sugar and Insulin Resistance of Obese Patients with Reduced Glucose Tolerance

目的观察中医辨体调护联合耳穴压丸对肥胖型糖耐量减低患者血糖、胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取上海市嘉定区中医医院内分泌科就诊的肥胖型糖耐量减低患者88例,随机分组为常规护理组、中医辨体调护联合耳穴压丸组,治疗12周,比较2组治疗前后腰围(WC)、体质量指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)/餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)]、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果治疗后2组患者WC、BMI、HbA1c、FPG、FINS、2 h PBG、HOMA-IR均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组患者WC、HbA1c、FPG、FINS、2 h PBG、HOMA-IR改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨体调护联合耳穴压丸可明显降低肥胖型糖耐量减低患者的血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)body conditioning combined with auricular pressing pills on the hypotension of blood glucose and insulin resistance in obese patients with glucose tolerance.Methods 88 cases of obese patients with hypoglycemic glucose tolerance were selected from department of endocrinology in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly grouped into the routine nursing group and TCM body conditioning combined with auricular pressing pills group.The treatment was 12 weeks,and the waist circumference(WC),BMI,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood glucose(FPG/2hPBG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,WC,BMI,HbA1c,FPG,FINS,2hPBG,AND HOMA-IR were significantly reduced compared with the pre-treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of WC,HbA1c,FPG,FINS,2hPBG,and HOMA-IR in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM body conditioning combined with auricular pressing pills can significantly reduce obese glucose tolerance,reduce blood sugar in patients,and improve insulin resistance.
