摘要 问题式教学法(PBL)是目前国际上较流行的一种教学方法,此种教学模式在培养医学生的批判性思维、分析问题的能力和综合知识方面均优于传统教学模式,而且以问题为导向的思维方式更适合医学生的需求;但此种教学模式以学生为主导,与传统的以教师为主导的教学模式区别较大,在教学实施过程中会出现因学生不适应新的教学模式,无法顺利进行角色转换,参与度不足而影响教学质量的情况;根据这一情况,广州中医药大学第二临床医学院提出了课前培训的概念,对学生进行课前培训,能够使学生充分了解PBL的模式,快速适应和融入,从而有效地解决角色转换问题,文章对广州中医药大学第二临床医学院开展课前培训的主要内容及形式等进行介绍,希望对PBL教学的顺利开展、实施有所帮助。 PBL teaching method is currently a more popular teaching method in the world.This teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching mode in terms of cultivating the critical thinking,problem analysis ability and comprehensive knowledge of medical students,and it is problem-oriented thinking.The method is more suitable for the needs of medical students;however,this teaching mode is student-led,which is quite different from the traditional teacher-led teaching mode.During the teaching implementation process,students will not be able to adapt to the new teaching mode.Changing roles and insufficient participation has led to a situation that affects the quality of teaching;based on this situation,our school puts forward the concept of pre-class training,and pre-class training for students can enable students to fully understand the PBL model,and quickly adapt and integrate so as to effectively solve the problem of role conversion,this article introduces the main content and form of pre-class training in The Second Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,hoping to help the smooth implementation of PBL teaching.
