双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines combined with octreotide acetate in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法将本院收治的40例急性胰腺炎患者以随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组行醋酸奥曲肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、淀粉酶(AMY)、脂肪酶(LIPA)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎患者的效果显著,可降低炎症因子水平,改善免疫功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines combined with octreotide acetate in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Forty patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with octreotide acetate,and the observation group was treated with bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),amylase(AMY)and lipase(LIPA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines combined with octreotide acetate has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,which can reduce inflammatory factors levels and improve immune function.
