时效性激励护理模式对脑出血术后患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of timeliness incentive nursing mode on neurological function and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery

目的探讨时效性激励护理模式对脑出血术后患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的104例脑出血术后患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(52例,常规护理)和观察组(52例,常规护理+时效性激励护理模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的自我护理能力评定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的巴氏指数(BI)、生活质量(QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励护理模式可缩短脑出血术后患者的住院时间,降低并发症发生率,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高自护能力、神经功能及日常生活能力,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of timeliness incentive nursing mode on neurological function and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(52 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(52 cases,routine nursing+timeliness incentive nursing mode).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Barthel Index(BI)and Quality of Life(QOL)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The timeliness incentive nursing mode can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve self-care ability,neurological function and daily living ability,and ameliorate the quality of life.
