基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整对肾结石伴高血压患者病情控制、健康素养及应对方式的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment on disease control,health literacy and coping style of patients with kidney stone and hypertension

目的探讨基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整在肾结石伴高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月我院收治的500例肾结石伴高血压患者为研究对象,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组250例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上予以基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均低于对照组,健康素养、应对方式评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预结合个体化饮食结构调整有助于提高肾结石伴高血压患者的病情控制效果,也能促进健康素养和应对方式改善,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment in patients with kidney stone and hypertension.Methods A total of 500 patients with kidney stone and hypertension admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment on the basis of the routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of health literacy and coping style were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on solution-focused model combined with individualized dietary structure adjustment can help to improve the disease control effect of patients with kidney stone and hypertension,and also promote the improvement of health literacy and coping style,which is worthy of promotion.
