基于5E理念的综合康复护理结合推拿按摩手法对老年髋关节置换术患者凝血纤溶功能及下肢血流状态的影响

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on 5E concept combined with massage manipulation on coagulation and fibrinolysis function and lower limb blood flow state in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement

目的探讨基于5E理念的综合康复护理结合推拿按摩手法在老年髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法将2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的200例老年髋关节置换术患者以随机数字表法分为对照组(100例,常规护理)和观察组(100例,在常规护理基础上应用基于5E理念的综合康复护理结合推拿按摩手法干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的血栓调节蛋白(TM)、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物-抑制剂复合物(t-PAIC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的下肢股浅静脉、股总静脉及腘窝静脉血流速度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月后,观察组的髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于5E理念的综合康复护理结合推拿按摩手法干预有助于改善老年髋关节置换术患者的凝血纤溶功能及下肢血流状态,促进髋关节功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on 5E concept combined with massage manipulation in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,200 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital were divided into control group(100 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(100 cases,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on 5E concept combined with massage manipulation intervention on the basis of routine nursing)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of thrombomodulin(TM),thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT)and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor complex(t-PAIC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood flow velocity of the superficial femoral vein,common femoral vein and popliteal vein in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1,3 months of intervention,the hip joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on 5E concept combined with massage manipulation intervention is helpful to improve the coagulation and fibrinolysis function and lower limb blood flow state of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,promote the recovery of hip joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
