Orthopedics department is an important part of surgery,which has relatively distinct professional characteristics.At present,there are many problems to be solved in the residency program in orthopedics department,so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching in orthopedics department.In this paper,the current situation of residency program is deeply explained,and the current situation of residency program during orthopedics department rotation is emphatically analyzed.Finally,several suggestions for improving the quality of clinical teaching during residency program during orthopedics department rotation are discussed and put forward.It mainly includes formulating effective and appropriate rotation plans,doing a good job in outpatient and emergency rotation learning,and strengthening teacher training.Such suggestions can improve the teaching level of instructors and the enthusiasm of residents in training,so as to better complete the training tasks and objectives.
