摘要
本文主要对县域急诊急救人员应用腹部提压心肺复苏术(AACD-CPR)救治心脏骤停(CA)患者进行分析总结。结合当前社会医疗现状,借鉴《现代心肺复苏学》理论,归纳整理出AACD-CPR的应用特点、提出针对性建议,期望能提升我国广大县域对CA患者的救治水平,为我国心肺复苏术(CPR)的发展进步提供参考。
This article mainly analyzes and summarizes the application of active abdominal compression-decompression cardiopulmonary resuscitation(AACD-CPR)by county emergency first aid personnel to treat patients with cardiac arrest(CA).Based on the current medical situation in society and the theory of"Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation",the application characteristics of AACD-CPR are summarized and summarized,and targeted suggestions are proposed.It is expected to improve the treatment level of CA patients in the vast counties of China and provide reference for the development and progress of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in China.
