常规MRI阴性癫痫影像学相关研究进展

摘要 癫痫作为神经系统常见的慢性疾病代表之一,是脑部神经元异常同步化放电活动导致机体出现一系列的反复性、发作性、短暂性失常综合征。磁共振成像是识别癫痫病变的首选影像学方法,然而部分癫痫患者在常规MRI扫描中未能发现可疑病灶,称为常规MRI阴性癫痫。当前,各种影像新设备及新技术在临床癫痫研究工作中得到快速发展及应用,对近年来各种影像技术在常规MRI影像癫痫中的应用进展做一综述。 Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic diseases in the nervous system.It is the abnormal synchronous discharge of brain neurons that causes a series of repetitive,paroxysmal and transient disorder syndromes in the body.Magnetic resonance imaging is the first imaging method to identify epileptic lesions.However,some epileptic patients fail to find suspicious lesions in conventional MRI scanning,which is called conventional MRI negative epilepsy.At present,various new imaging devices and technologies have been rapidly developed and applied in clinical epilepsy research.This article reviewed the application progress of various imaging technologies in conventional MRI imaging epilepsy in recent years.
