影像组学在进展期胃癌化疗反应和生存预测中的研究进展

Research progress on radiomics in the prediction of response to chemotherapy and survival in advanced gastric cancer

21世纪以来,中国抗癌协会改进了胃癌疗效的关键举措,诸多学者亦开展了多项针对进展期胃癌的高水平临床研究以最大限度提高患者生存质量。基于影像组学的方法,从医学图像中获取有价值的特征来评估患者的治疗疗效及生存预后,能达到精准治疗的目的。本文就近年来发表的相关研究,对影像组学在进展期胃癌化疗反应与生存预测中的应用进展做一综述,旨在为将来研究方向的选择提供参考。

Since the 21st century,the Chinese Anti-Cancer Society has improved key initiatives in gastric cancer outcomes,and many scholars have done the high-level clinical studies on the advanced gastric cancer to maximize the quality of patients survival.Based on the method of radiomics,valuable features are obtained from medical images to evaluate the patients'treatment efficacy and prognosis value,so as to achieve the purpose of precision treatment.In this research,we reviewed the application of radiomics in the prediction of chemotherapy response and survival in the advanced gastric cancer with the aim of providing potential therapeutic options to clinicians.
