心舒宁胶囊辅助治疗心衰患者的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Xinshuning Capsules in Adjuvant Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure

目的:探讨心舒宁胶囊辅助治疗心衰患者的疗效,及其对心功能、心率变异性及神经内分泌系统的影响。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年6月周口市中医院收治的142例心衰患者作为研究对象,并采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各71例。对照组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠、酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予心舒宁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能、心率变异性、神经内分泌激素及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心功能水平较治疗前明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.238、5.749、-6.202、6.742,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心率变异性指标较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(t=3.738、3.555、4.871,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后神经内分泌激素水平较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.069、-8.199、-8.284,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心舒宁胶囊辅助治疗可改善心衰患者心功能及心肌重构,抑制神经内分泌激素分泌。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Xinshuning capsules in the adjuvant treatment of patients with heart failure and their effects on cardiac function,heart rate variability and neuroendocrine system.Methods:142 patients with heart failure ad⁃mitted to the hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control and observation groups using the ran⁃dom number table method,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sakubatril valsartan sodium and meto⁃prolol tartrate,and the observation group was treated with cardiac comfort capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,heart rate variability,neuroendocrine hormones and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05).The level of cardiac function improved significantly in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statis⁃tically significant differences(t=5.238,5.749,-6.202,6.742,P<0.05).The index of heart rate variability improved significantly in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.738,3.555,4.871,P<0.05).Neuroendocrine hormone levels improved significantly in both groups after treatment compared to pre-treatment,with statistically significant differences(t=-7.069,-8.199,-8.284,P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment with Xinshuning capsules can improve cardiac function,myocardial remodeling of patients with heart failure and inhibit the secretion of neuroendocrine hor⁃mones.
