老年脑梗死患者应用早期情志护理对负性情绪和依从性的影响

Effects of Early Emotional Nursing on Negative Emotions and Compliance in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者应用早期情志护理对负性情绪和依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年5月郑州市第九人民医院收治的88例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期情志护理。比较两组患者护理前后神经功能评分、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表、(SDS)]评分和依从性评分。结果:护理后,两组患者神经功能评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.583 6,P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者SAS及SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=35.113 8、28.640 8,P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者依从性评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.790 4,P<0.05)。结论:老年脑梗死患者实施早期情志护理干预,能够改善患者的神经功能,缓解负性情绪,从而提高配合治疗的依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of early emotional nursing on negative emotion and compliance in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:88 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care and the observation group implemented early affective care on the basis of conventional care.The neurological function scores,negative mood(anxiety self-assessment scale[SAS],depression self-assessment scale[SDS])scores and compliance scores were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the neurological function scores of both groups were lower than before care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.5836,P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=35.1138,28.6408,P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance scores of both groups were higher than before care,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.7904,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of early affective care interventions in elderly patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients’neurological function and alleviate negative emotions,thus improving compliance with treatment.
