优质护理干预在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的价值体会

The value of Quality Care Interventions in the Care of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Women with Hyperemesis Gravidarum

目的:探究优质护理干预在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的价值体会。方法:选取2016年10月—2019年10月江门市新会区人民医院进行分娩并发生产后出血的80例妊高症产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上予以优质护理干预。比较两组产妇的止血时间、产程与产后出血情况。结果:实验组的止血时间、产程、产后2 h出血量、产后1 d出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.946、4.498、14.274、17.595,P<0.05)。护理后,实验组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.448、10.936,P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.802,P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预应用于妊高症产妇产后出血护理中具有积极价值,能够缩短产妇产程及止血时间,减少其产后出血量,降低其血压指标水平,提高其护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the value of quality care interventions in the care of postpartum hemorrhage in women with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:A total of 80 cases of women with hyperemesis gravidarum who underwent delivery complicated by postpartum hemorrhage in hospitals from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects and were divided into experimental group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The time to stop bleeding,the duration of labor and postpartum bleeding in the two groups were compared.Results:The time to hemostasis,duration of labor,bleeding volume at 2 h postpartum,and bleeding volume at 1 d postpartum were all lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.946,4.498,14.274,17.595,P<0.05).After care,DBP and SBP were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.448,10.936,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.802,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality care interventions in the care of postpartum hemorrhage in women with hyperemesis has positive value in shortening the duration of labor and hemostasis,reducing their postpartum hemorrhage,lowering the level of maternal blood pressure index,and improving nursing satisfaction.
