摘要
基于DEA模型结合Malmquist指数方法,利用2018—2020年期间六盘水市农业三大产业猕猴桃、刺梨、茶叶中的21家省级以上农业龙头企业的农业投入与产出数据,对21家企业的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率及全要素生产率进行解析,探究影响六盘水市农业三大产业技术创新效率的因素。结果表明:六盘水市21家农业龙头企业的技术创新效率较低,主要受限于纯技术效率;技术进步率显著影响着全要素生产率,三大产业均属于技术推动创新绩效型。因此,为有效提高产业技术创新效率,必须以重塑创新格局提升技术进步率。
Based on DEA model combined with Malmquist index method,this study used the agricultural input and output data of 21 agricultural leading enterprises above the provincial level in the three agricultural industries of Kiwifruit,roxburgh rose and tea in Liupanshui during 2018—2020 to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and total factor productivity of 21 enterprises,and explored the factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency of three agricultural industries in Liupanshui City.The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of 21 agricultural leading enterprises in Liupanshui City is low,mainly limited by pure technical efficiency;technological progress rate has a significant impact on total factor productivity,and the three major industries are technology-driven innovation performance type.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of industrial technological innovation,it is necessary to reshape the pattern of innovation and improve the rate of technological progress.
