食品标准与法规课程新形态教材建设

摘要 “互联网+教育”时代背景下,传统教材已难以满足职业教育需求。在研讨教材体例、优化教材内容、建设教学资源和转变学习方式的思路下,分别从编写团队组建、建设内容安排、教学资源建设和课程平台搭建4个维度对食品标准与法规课程新形态教材进行了建设研究。新形态教材引入信息化技术,以丰富多彩的展现形式介绍专业知识和技能,能有效提高学习效率,值得推广应用。 Under background of"internet+education",traditional teaching materials have been unable to meet needs of occupational education.Under construction ideas of discussing teaching material style,optimizing teaching material content,developing teaching resources and changing learning mode,construction of a new form of teaching materials for Food Standards and Regulations course were studied from four dimensions,which were establishment of writing team,arrangement of construction content,construction of teaching resources and construction of curriculum platform.The new form of teaching materials introduced information technology,infiltrated professional knowledge and skills in rich and colorful display forms.It could effectively improve learning efficiency and was useful for popularization and application.
