泥浆固化及其生态处置技术在黄瓜岭水闸地基处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 灌注桩在水闸地基除险加固工程中有着广泛的应用,桩基施工多采用传统的泥浆护壁循环施工工艺,成桩过程中会产生大量废弃泥浆,不仅会浪费大量土地资源,还对周边环境造成不良影响。泥浆的减量化处理与生态处置是一项技术难题,黄瓜岭水闸地基处理中采用了配套新型机械式桩基泥浆分离施工工法,很好地解决了泥浆工程量大、泥浆污染、进度受限等问题,效果明显,可在类似工程中推广应用。 Cast-in-place piles are widely used in the foundation reinforcement of flood sluices.The conventional slurry-supported cycle construction method generates a considerable amount of waste mud during the pile-forming process,resulting in not only the wastage of land resources but also detrimental impacts on the surrounding environment.Reducing the amount of mud and eco-friendly disposal of mud are technical challenges.In the foundation treatment of the Huanggualing sluice,a new mechanical mud-separation construction method was adopted.The method has effectively solved problems such as large mud volume,mud pollution,and limited progress.This technology has shown promising application results and merits promotion in comparable projects.
