GPR37在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨GPR37在脑胶质瘤中的表达和潜在的生物学活性、与免疫细胞浸润的关系以及预后价值。方法:使用TCGA、GTEx、HPA、STRING、TIMER2.0等数据库探讨胶质瘤中GPR37的表达与临床特征的相关性,并初步探讨其分子作用和功能。使用R语言分析其与免疫细胞浸润丰度的关系,并用Cytoscape可视化。结果:GPR37在胶质瘤中的表达显著升高且与胶质瘤患者的不良预后相关;GPR37富集于脂质代谢和免疫调控相关的功能和信号通路;GPR37的表达与15种免疫细胞的浸润显著相关;GPR37的高表达与M2巨噬细胞的高浸润水平呈正相关,与胶质瘤患者的不良预后相关;GPR37也与多个免疫检查点存在相关性。结论:GPR37在胶质瘤的诊断和预后评估方面具有较高的价值。GPR37在胶质瘤中发挥的生物学功能可能为胶质瘤的临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路。 Objective:To investigate the expression,and potential biological activities,relationship with immune cell infiltration,and prognostic value of GPR37 in glioma.Methods:The TCGA,GTEx,HPA,STRING,and TIMER2.0 databases were searched to explore the correlation of GPR37 expression with clinical features of glioma,as well as its molecular role and function.R language was used to analyze its association with the abundance of infiltrating immune cells,which was then visualized with Cytoscape.Results:The expression of GPR37 in glioma was significantly increased and correlated with poor prognosis in the patients.GPR37 was enriched in the functions and signaling pathways related to lipids metabolism and immune regulation.The expression of GPR37 was significantly correlated with infiltration of 15 immune cell types.High expression of GPR37 was positively correlated with high infiltration of M2 macrophages which related to a poor prognosis in the glioma patients.GPR37 was also associated with multiple immune checkpoints.Conclusion:GPR37 is highly valuable in the diagnosis and prognostication of glioma.The biological function that GPR37 exhibits in glioma may provide novel clues to diagnosis and treatment of glioma in clinical settings.
