奥洛他定联合复方甘草酸苷对荨麻疹患者症状改善及IgE、炎症因子表达的影响

Effects of Olopatadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin on symptom improvement and expression of IgE and inflammatory factors in patients with urticaria

目的:探讨奥洛他定联合复方甘草酸苷用药对荨麻疹病人症状的改善及IgE、炎性因子表达的影响。方法:挑选于我院2020年1月至2021年12月治疗的荨麻疹病人102例为试验对象,随机将其分成2组,其中对照组52例病人给予奥洛他定口服治疗,观察组50例病人则实施奥洛他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,对比两组病人症状评分、治疗有效率、血清抗体免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平、炎症因子表达水平、复发率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前的症状积分,两组病人对比并无差异(P>0.05);8周后,观察组瘙痒程度、风团数量、风团直径、持续时间症状积分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人血清IgE、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(Interleukin 4,IL-4)改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3个月后,观察组有1例病人出现复发,对照组有5例病人出现复发,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥洛他定联合复方甘草酸苷用药有助于改善荨麻疹病人的临床症状,升高血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平,降低血清IgE、IL-4水平,降低病人的复发率,临床上值得继续推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Olopatadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin on the improvement of symptoms and expression of IgE and inflammatory factors in patients with urticarial.Methods:A total of 102 patients with urticaria admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and December 2021 were included as the subjects in the study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=52)was treated with Olopatadine,and the study group was treated with Olopatadine plus Compound Glycyrrhizin.The symptom score,treatment response,serum antibody immunoglobulin E(IgE)level,expression level of inflammatory factors,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).At 8 weeks after the treatment,the severity of itching,size and number of wheals,and the duration of symptoms in the study group were improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment response in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in serum IgE,γinterferon(IFN⁃γ),interleukin⁃2(IL⁃2)and interleukin⁃4(IL⁃4)in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months of follow⁃up,recurrence was noted in 1 patient in the study group and 5 patients in the control group,respectively.The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olopatadine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin may be helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of urticaria,increase IFN⁃γand IL⁃2 and decrease IgE and IL⁃4 levels in the serum,and reduce recurrence in the patients,which justifies further widespread use in clinical settings.
