应用质量控制方法同步开发铝挤压前纵梁结构

摘要 应用质量控制(QC)方法,同步开发车身铝挤压前纵梁结构及工艺设计,达成减重目标。运用创新型QC方法、质量管理工具和方法开发创新方案,对各个末端因素进行逐条确认,分析出设计和工艺的最优方案、实施对策,并确保有效。结果表明:应用QC工具和方法开发铝挤压前纵梁新设计和工艺,在保证了车身结构性能、制品质量及工艺稳健性的同时,超额完成减重目标,并降低了工装成本,完成了新产品的精益性和可靠性开发;QC方法是同步开发车身结构设计和工艺的有效方法。 The quality control(QC)method is applied to synchronously develop the structural and process design of the aluminum extruded front side rail of body structure and achieve the weight reduction goal.The innovative QC methods,quality management tools and methods are used to develop innovative schemes,confirm each end factor item by item,analyze the optimal scheme and implement countermeasures of design and process and ensure effectiveness.The results show that the application of QC tools and methods to develop the new design and process of the aluminum extrusion front side rail structure ensures the structural performance of the vehicle,product quality and process robustness,while exceeding the weight reduction target,reducing the tooling cost,and completing the lean and reliable development of the new products.QC method is an effective method for simultaneous development of body structure design and process.
