车载计算平台中LPDDR4的RE超标问题分析及解决方案

摘要 随着汽车智能化的需求,车载计算平台的数据处理能力不断提高,其高频EMC问题也更加严重。文章针对车载计算平台中高算力SoC芯片对LPDDR4以最大速率3200 Mbps读写时,在1600 MHz频点造成的RE超标问题进行分析,提出3种解决方案,重点对其中的展频技术进行说明,并对展频后的信号质量进行测试,信号完整性测试结果均满足芯片手册要求,验证了展频技术对改善RE超标问题的有效性及可靠性。 With the demand of intelligent vehicle,the data processing ability of vehicle computer platform is improving,and its high-frequency EMC problem is becoming more and more serious.The problem of RE exceeding standard which caused by the 1600 MHz frequency point when the high computing power SoC in the vehicle computer platform reads and writes LPDDR4 at the maximum rate of 3200 Mbps is analyzed,and three solutions are put forward,focusing on the description of the spread frequency technology,and the signal quality after the spread frequency is tested.The signal integrity test results meet the requirements of the chip manual,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the spread frequency technology to improve the RE exceeding standard problem.
