东亚钳蝎高粱酒对小鼠抗体和免疫细胞活性的影响

摘要 通过饮用一定时间东亚钳蝎高粱酒,探讨对小鼠免疫功能的影响.对雄性昆明小白鼠连续灌胃蝎子酒(40 g/kg)35天,通过注射绵羊红细胞,进行迟发型变态反应,检测相应免疫指标.结果显示,东亚钳蝎高粱酒组与对照和高粱酒组比较,东亚钳蝎高粱酒组左脚趾的厚度变化较小,血清溶血素水平明显升高,抗体生成数量提高,脏器比重增大,NK细胞活性明显提高,T细胞数量增多.环磷酰胺组能够提高NK细胞活性,但减少T细胞转化率.半浓度东亚钳蝎高粱酒组比单纯环磷酰胺组的免疫功能强大.显示蝎子酒能够有效提高小鼠免疫功能,增强免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的免疫力. In this paper,after drinking East Asian scorpion sorghum wine for a certain period of time,the effect on the immune function of mice was discussed.The method is that male Kunming white mice were fed with scorpion wine(40 g/kg)through gavage for 35 consecutive days.By injecting sheep red blood cells,the delayed allergy was performed and relevant immune indicators were detected.The results showed that compared with the control group,the thickness of the left toe of the scorpion in the East Asian scorpion sorghum liquor group changed slightly,the level of serum hemolysin increased significantly,the number of antibodies produced increased,the proportion of organs increased,the activity of NK cells significantly increased,and the number of T cells increased.Cyclophosphamide group can increase NK cell activity,but reduce T cell transformation rate.The immune function of the half concentration group of East Asian scorpion sorghum liquor was stronger than that of the simple cyclophosphamide group.It shows that scorpion wine can effectively improve the immune function of mice and enhance the immunity of the immune system to tumor cells.
