足球训练对8-10岁儿童静动态平衡能力的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨足球训练对8-10岁青少年静动态平衡能力的影响.选取60名身体健康的8-10岁的男童作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组30人和对照组30人.实验组学生接受10周足球训练干预(每周3次,每次60分钟),对照组学生保持正常的学习、生活状态.实验前后对两组受试者的静动态平衡能力进行测试.静态平衡能力用闭眼单足站立测试进行评价,动态平衡能力则用Balance-check动态平衡测试仪的最大旋转角速度(Rot.Speed Max)、平均旋转角速度(Rot.Speed)、动态平衡等级(Grade)三个指标进行评价.结果表明:(1)实验后实验组左、右脚的单脚支撑时间显著长于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),而对照组无显著变化(P>0.05);(2)实验组的Rot.Speed Max、Rot.Speed、Grade显著低于实验前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05);(3)实验前后,静态平衡和动态平衡的各项指标变化的相关性不显著(P>0.05).得出结论:系统有规律的足球训练能有效改善青少年的静态和动态平衡能力,但是静态平衡能力的提升和动态平衡能力的提升相关性不强. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of football training on the static and dynamic balance ability of children aged 8-10 years.The research method is to select 60 healthy boys aged 8-10 years as the research objects,and randomly divide them into the experimental group of 30 people and the control group of 30 people.The students in the experimental group received 10 weeks of football training intervention(three times a week,60 minutes each time),while the students in the control group maintained normal learning and living conditions.The static and dynamic balance abilities of the two groups of subjects were tested before and after the experiment.Among them,the static balance ability is evaluated by the closed-eye single-foot standing test,and the dynamic balance ability is evaluated by the three indicators of the Balance-check dynamic balance tester,namely,the maximum rotation angular speed(Rot.Speed Max),the average rotation angular speed(Rot.Speed),and the dynamic balance grade(Grade).The results showed as followings:(1)After the experiment,the single leg support time of the left and right feet in the experimental group was significantly longer than that before the experiment and the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).(2)Rot Speed Max、Rot.Speed and Grade were significantly lower than those before the experiment and in the control group P Before and after the experiment,there was no significant correlation between the changes of various indicators of static balance and dynamic balance(P>0.05).The research conclusion shows that systematic and regular football training can effectively improve the static and dynamic balance ability of teenagers,but the improvement of static balance ability and dynamic balance ability is not closely related.
