摘要
企业的安全文化建设可以分为自然本能反应、依赖严格监管、独立自主管理和互助团队管理四个阶段,文章通过分析国内外油田企业安全文化建设现状与推进自主安全管理的目的和意义,以辽河油田公司为研究对象,深入剖析自主管理建设对油气田企业的深远意义,探索油田企业推进自主管理措施,使员工从传统的“要我安全”向“我要安全”转变,提升全员安全意愿、安全意识、安全能力,为油田企业安全管理顺利迈进自主管理阶段,实现安全稳定生产和高效和谐发展提供保障。
The construction of safety culture in enterprises can be divided into four stages:natural instinctive reaction,reliance on strict supervision,independent and autonomous management and mutual team management.By analyzing the current situation of safety culture construction in domestic and foreign oilfield enterprises and the purpose and significance of promoting independent safety management,this paper takes Liaohe Oilfield Company as the research object to deeply analyze the far-reaching significance of self-management construction for oil and gas field enterprises and explore the measures to promote the self-management of oilfield enterprises,so that employees convert from the traditional“want me safety”to“I want safety”.It Improves the safety willingness,safety awareness and safety ability of all staff.This will provide a guarantee for the smooth progress of the oilfield enterprise’s safety management to the stage of autonomous management achieving safe and stable production and efficient and harmonious development.
