Research on BIM Technology and Building Electrical Informatization

电气系统对建设项目的运营和管理有着至关重要的作用,当前北京的建筑项目呈现出规模化与复杂化的特点,对电气系统的管理要求相对更高。基于BIM技术,文中对电气设计流程进行了介绍,对电气设计信息管理流程的实施要素进行了说明,对电气设计信息管理流程的不足进行了分析,并提出了建筑电气系统设计软件的方法,以更好地实现BIM技术在电气设计信息管理流程中的应用。

The electrical system can play a crucial role in the operation and management of the construction project,a present,the construction projects in Bejine are characterized by scale and complexity,and the management reguirements for the electrical system are relatively higher.Therefore,based on BIM technology,this paper explairs the electrical de-sign process and the implementation elements of the electrical design information management process,analyzes the shortcomings of the electrical design information management process,and puts forward the method of building electrical system design software,so as to better realize the effective application of BIM technology in the electrical design informa-tion management process.
