石化工业作为我国国民经济的重要支柱,对我国的发展和进步做出了重要的贡献。随着我国经济的现代化,对石化产品的需求量也越来越大,政府也加强了对石化行业的扶持,使我国石化行业的发展空间更加广阔。在不同的石油化工行业,设备的安装工作格外重要。由于施工难度大,在施工过程中经常会出现一些质量、安全问题,严重影响了设备的使用。因此,在石油化工设备的安装工程中,要加强对设备安装、施工的管理,运用新的管理思想和新技术,保证各项工程的顺利进行。文中就石油化工设备安装工程的施工管理展开了论述。

As an important pillar of China’s national economy,the petrochemical industry has made important contribu-tions to China's development and progress.With the modernization of China's economy,the demand for petrochemical products is growing.At the same time,support for the petrochemical industry has been strengthened,making the deve-lopment space of China’s petrochemical industry broader.In different petrochemical industries,equipment installation is particularly important.Due to the difficulty of construction,some quality and safety problems often occur during construc-tion,which seriously affect the use of equipment.Therefore,in the petrochemical equipment installation project,it is nec-essary to strengthen the equipment installation,construction management,new management ideas,and the application of new technologies to ensure the smooth progress of various projects.This paper discusses the construction management of petrochemical equipment installation project.
