减毒抑癌汤对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫功能、肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响

Eff ects of the Jiandu Yi'ai decoction on the immune function,tumor markers and quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer

目的 探讨减毒抑癌汤对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫功能、肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年1月-2022年1月在江苏省中医院接受治疗的80例晚期卵巢癌患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例。2组患者均给予肿瘤细胞减灭术,术后2~3周对照组采用紫杉醇联合卡铂(TC方案)进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予减毒抑癌汤。2组每3周均为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程,共治疗18周。结果 治疗18周后,观察组Ⅲ~Ⅳ级骨髓抑制率为27.50%,低于对照组的50.00%(P <0.05)。2组血清癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原199(CA199)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)水平均比治疗前低,且与对照组进行比较,观察组更低;外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及癌症患者生活质量核心问卷(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分比治疗前高,且与对照组进行比较,观察组更高;对照组血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平比治疗前高,2组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及观察组血清IL-10水平均比治疗前低,且与对照组进行比较,观察组更低(P <0.05)。结论 减毒抑癌汤能够有效降低晚期卵巢癌患者肿瘤标志物水平,减轻机体炎症反应,提高患者免疫功能,进一步降低骨髓抑制发生率,进而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the eff ects of the Jiandu Yi'ai decoction on the immune function,tumor markers and quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with cytoreductive surgery.Two to three weeks after operation,the control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with carboplatin(TC regimen)while the observation group was treated with the Jiandu Yi'ai decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups received a course of treatment every 3 weeks,with a total of 6 courses of treatment for a total of 18 weeks.Results After 18 weeks of treatment,the rate of grade III to IV myelosuppression in the observation group(27.50%)was lower than that in the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).The levels of serum cancer antigen 125(CA125),cancer antigen 199(CA199),and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The levels of peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+and the scores of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(EORTCQLQ-C30)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The level of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)in the control group was higher than before treatment,while the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups and the level of serum IL-10 in the observation group were lower than before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jiandu Yi'ai decoction can eff ectively reduce the level of tumor markers in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,alleviate their infl ammatory reactions,improve their immune function,further reduce the incidence of myelosuppression,and thereby improve their quality of life.
