Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica--atractylodes rhizome

通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为苍术:功效主要为燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。症靶为腹胀、腹泻、肢体肿痛。标靶为高尿酸。现代药理发现苍术及其有效成分等具有调节消化系统、抗炎镇痛、抗菌抗病毒、降血糖的作用。本品无明显不良反应。阴虚内热,气虚多汗者忌服。临床使用剂量为9~25 g,旨在积极探索苍术用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。

Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fi eld of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that atractylodes rhizome has the following characteristics:Its eff ects are mainly to invigorate the spleen by eliminating dampness,dispel the wind and cold,improve eyesight.Its symptom targets are abdominal distensions,diarrhea,swellings and pains in the limbs,while its biochemical indicator target is hyperuricosuria.Modern pharmacology has found that atractylodes rhizome and its active ingredients have the functions of regulating the digestive system,anti-infl ammation and relieving pains,antibacteria and antiviruses,and lowering blood glucose.The product has no significant toxic side effects,while people with the syndrome of endogenous heat due to yin defi ciency or the syndrome of qi defi ciency and hyperhidrosis should avoid taking it.Its clinical dosage range is 9-25 g and eff ort should be made to actively explore the construction of the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets.
