各级党校加强对党政领导干部的水土保持培训教育,是践行习近平总书记关于水土保持与生态文明重要讲话精神,落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于加强新时代水土保持工作的意见》的重要工作。党校水土保持课要和人与自然和谐共生现代化新征程、生态文明新时代、高质量发展新阶段的主题紧密结合,教育和帮助各级领导干部树立正确的发展观,落实生态文明建设的政治责任;培养各级干部依法行政、依法治国的意识和能力;重视城市化过程中水土流失与生态保护新问题,抓好乡村水土保持,推进乡村振兴。从组织领导、统筹协调、协同监管、法制教育等各个方面,落实中共中央提出的加强党对水土保持工作的全面领导,提升各级党政领导干部的履职能力和水平。

Strengthen training and education on soil and water conservation for party and government leaders at all levels in party school is an important work to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech instructions on soil and water conservation and ecological civilization and implement Opinions on Strengthening Soil and Water Conservation in the New Era issued by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General office of the State Council.The course of soil and water conservation in the party school a)should be closely combined with the themes of the new journey of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,the new era of ecological civilization and the new stage of high-quality development,educate and help leading cadres at all levels to establish a correct outlook on development and fulfill their political responsibility for ecological civilization construction;b)cultivate the awareness and ability of officials at all levels to administer and govern the country according to law and;c)pay attention to new issues of soil erosion and ecological protection in the process of urbanization,strengthen soil and water conservation in rural areas and promote rural revitalization.To implement the specific measures proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to strengthen the Party’s overall leadership over soil and water conservation work and improve the performance ability and level of party and government leading cadres at all levels from various aspects,including organizational leadership,overall coordination,collaborative supervision and legal education.
