摘要
徐特立立足多年教育实践经验,在批判继承古代课程思想以及借鉴国外课程标准思想的基础上形成了系统化的课程标准思想。徐特立课程标准思想的演进主要经历了萌芽期、转型期、形成期、成熟期以及发展期五个阶段。在课程标准的发展演变过程中呈现出课程标准制定的根本任务旨在立德树人、课程标准制定的基本原则力求科学性、课程标准制定的重要基底立足本土化等内在理路。借鉴徐特立课程标准思想,当今义务教育课程标准的颁布与实施应以贯彻党的教育方针作为制定课程标准的首要前提,将扎根中国实情作为制定课程标准的核心要义,将遵循教育科学规律作为制定课程标准的基本保障,将弘扬优秀传统文化作为制定课程标准的活力之源。
Based on many years of practical experience in education,Xu Teli has formed a systematic idea of curriculum standards based on the critical inheritance of ancient curriculum ideas and foreign curriculum standards.The evolution of Xu Teli′s thinking on curriculum standards has gone through five stages:the germination period,the transition period,the formation period,the maturity period and the development period.In the process of development and evolution of curriculum standards,an inner rationale is presented:the fundamental task of curriculum standards development aims to establish moral education;the basic principles of curriculum standards development strive for scientific property;the important base of curriculum standards development is based on localization,etc.Drawing on Xu Teli′s thought of curriculum standards,the promulgation and implementation of the current compulsory education curriculum standards should take the implementation of the Party′s educational policy as the primary premise of the formulation of curriculum standards,take taking root in China′s actual situation as the core of the formulation of curriculum standards,follow the law of educational science as the basic guarantee of the formulation of curriculum standards,and carry forward the excellent traditional culture as the source of vitality in the formulation of curriculum standards.
