基于QCA方法的绿色技术创新水平组态研究

摘要 绿色技术创新是兼顾经济发展与环境保护的重要手段。为探究驱动绿色技术创新水平提升的有效路径,从“市场—技术—制度”三个维度出发构建绿色技术创新水平提升的驱动模型。以我国30个省市为样本,运用模糊定性比较分析法,探讨各维度影响因素对绿色技术创新水平提升的联动效应及组态间的因果关系。研究表明:存在3条驱动绿色技术创新水平提升的路径,其中条件组态1是导致高绿色技术创新水平的最主要路径。R&D经费投入和R&D人员是驱动绿色技术创新水平提升的核心条件,制度因素和市场因素是辅助条件。3条路径导致非高绿色技术创新水平,且与产生高绿色技术创新水平的路径存在非对称关系。 Green technology innovation is an important tool to balance economic development and environmental protection.In order to explore the effective path to drive the improvement of green technology innovation,a driving model of green technology innovation is constructed from the three dimensions of"market,technology and system".Taking 30 provinces and cities in China as samples,the fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method is applied to explore the linkage effect of each dimensional influence on the improvement of green technology innovation and the causal relationship between the groups.The study shows that there are three paths that drive the level of green technology innovation,among which condition group 1 is the most important path that leads to high green technology innovation level,R&D investment and R&D personnel are the core conditions that drive the level of green technology innovation,and institutional factors and market factors are the auxiliary conditions.three paths lead to non-high green technology innovation level,and there is an asymmetric relationship with the paths that generate high green technology innovation level.There is an asymmetric relationship with the paths that generate high levels of green technology innovation.
