摘要
教育系统的网络舆情应对是公共突发事件舆情应对的重要内容之一。2020年初受新冠肺炎疫情影响,在党中央的统一防控政策部署下,各级各类学校均延迟开学并开展线上教学工作,“停课不停学”话题在网络上引发了社会公众的关注和热议。为探究“停课不停学”相关官方微博的情感取向及其逻辑机理,特对微博文本进行挖掘,对社会网络进行分析,结果显示微博积极评论呈上升趋势。对此,从教学形式、教学评价、信息化环境等方面提出相应策略,以期为有效开展线上教学提供参考。
The online public opinion response of education system is a crucial part of public opinion response to public emergencies.Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,schools delayed the new semester and carried out online teaching under the unified prevention and control policy of the party central committee.“Ensuring learning when class disrupted”has become a hot topic of public concern and the public have been actively voicing and expressing their views on micro-blog.Based on text mining and social network analysis,this paper explores the emotional orientation of comments on official microblog posts related to“Ensuring learning when class disrupted”,analyzes the discourse characteristics of microblog comments and the underlying mechanism.The results show that the positive emotions of microblog comments are on the rise.This paper attempts to explore countermeasures on teaching model,teaching evaluation,informatization environment in order to provide reference for better online teaching.
