摘要
印染企业废水处理生化系统运行不佳的现象较为普遍,通过对4家印染企业的生化系统跟踪监测和整改调试,分析影响生化系统处理效果的原因主要与溶解氧(DO)、水力停留时间(HRT)、进水pH、加药控制有关,并在调试过程中通过单因素控制获得工艺的最佳运行参数。调试结果表明:出水DO不低于6 mg/L,HRT≥48 h,进水pH控制在8.0~8.5,能使生化系统微生物保持良好的活性和降解污染物的能力。生化系统运行最优企业CODCr降解率可达96.25%,NH3-N≤3 mg/L。出水DO不影响污泥沉降性能。
It is common that operation of biochemistry unit in wastewater treatment are underperforming in printing and dyeing enterprises.The biochemical systems is tracked,monitored,rectified and debugged in 4 printing and dyeing enterprises,and the reason affecting the effect of biochemical system treatment are mainly related to dissolved oxygen(DO),hydraulic retention time(HRT),pH of influent and dosing control.The optimal operation parameters of the process are obtained through single factor control during commissioning.The result showes that effluent DO not less than 6 mg·L-1,HRT≥48 h,influent pH between 8.0~8.5 are the optimal control parameters,which can enable microorganisms in biochemical system to maintain good activity and capacity of degrade pollutants.CODCr degradation rate reaches 96.25%,NH3-N≤3 mg·L-1 in the enterprise with the best operation of biochemical system.Effluent DO does not affect sludge settleability.
