山西省生态环境保护标准体系构建研究

针对山西省生态环境保护标准体系不健全、地方标准匮乏等问题,开展了生态环境保护标准现状分析和梳理工作。结合国外及国内先进省市的生态环境保护标准化工作,确立了山西省生态环境保护标准体系框架,对现行标准进行了统计,同时对未来标准的发展进行了规划,从标准层级、标准性质、标准类别3个维度构建了山西省生态环境保护标准体系。标准体系的构建突出了山西省生态环境保护工作的特点,可为今后山西省生态环境标准化工作提供参考依据。

Aiming at the problems of imperfect ecological environmental protection standard system and lack of local standards in Shanxi Province,this study comprehensively sorted out the ecological and environmental protection standards and analyzed its current situation.Combined with the advanced standardization work of ecological environment protection at home and abroad,this study established the standard system framework of ecological environment protection in Shanxi Province.In addition to the statistical analysis of the current standards,the development of future standards is also planned.The study constructs the ecological environment protection standard system in Shanxi Province from three dimensions:standard level,standard nature and standard category.The construction of the standard system highlights the characteristics of Shanxi Province’s ecological and environmental protection work,and can provide a reference for the future work of Shanxi Province’s ecological and environmental protection standards.
